I don’t have time to go through a long routine every day
So what’s the most important?
Now… I want to make it clear
I’m not talking about general health here
Of course cleansing and washing is Number 1
You have to wash your face and remove make up
That’s general stuff.
But what about the extras?
Exfoliate, Scrub, Soak, Mask etc. etc.
Not everyone has the time to go through them all
So which one’s the most important?
It’s the Face Mask.
Once a week, every week.
Grab your favourite organic mask
And apply it around your face and neck
Whether you have 10, 20 or 30 minutes
Let it dry as much as possible in that time
Wash it off with warm water and pat the skin dry.
This my recommendation to all of my time poor friends
